Come Join Us for Our
Annual Student Sendoff Picnic Before the Fall Semester begins Hosted by Alice and John Boito (Chapter Vice President) 3035 Eastbury Lane Charles City, Virginia (map) Sunday, August 1, 2010 from 2:00 to 5:30pm Join Penn State alumni, freshmen, returning students, friends, and family for a summer afternoon of fun, fellowship and plenty of food. Dress is very casual with water activities (jet skis, a kayak and inner tubes) and other games available. What to bring: A canned good donation for the Central VA food bank Bathing suit and towel Outdoor games (frisbee, etc) Lawn chair Your favorite dish (based on last name): Salad or dessert (Last names A to H)
Hors d'oevres (Last names I to P) Dessert (Last names Q to Z) Fried chicken, hot dogs (for children), snacks, beverages and condiments provided. Scholarship book awards of $250.00 each will be presented to one freshman and one upper classman who will attending the picnic! A drawing will be held at 5pm. (Students must be present to win the award.)
